Social Media

Here’s the key to social media marketing for real estate agents and LOs

Most real estate and mortgage professionals agree that creating content and using social media is vital to reaching customers and referral partners in today’s market.   As important as it is, many of them still find it overwhelming. Social media is often romanticized as a magic bullet, and when the luster wears off and the work begins, many are left frustrated.   I get a lot of feedback about the frustration that comes from not knowing what kind of content to create, finding the time to create it, and deciding…

For some people, their phone is the only computer they need

I’m writing this blog post from my phone. Well, not completely from my phone as there’s a bit of formatting needed that’s just too difficult to do without a keyboard no matter how much Zanax there is in the world. But I’ve written enough of it to say that I did it from a phone and not feel like I’m bending the truth. 60 minutes of working from a phone and I call uncle. I’m not cut out for it. Why I’m doing it from my phone is something I want to…

PSA: Last Chance to Get Your iPhone Battery Replaced By Apple for Cheap

One good thing to emerge from the iPhone slowdown saga, where Apple admitted to slowing down old iPhones to prevent unexpected shutdowns, was that the price of out-of-warranty iPhone battery replacements were slashed. The price for replacing the battery of an iPhone that’s not in warranty used to be approximately Rs. 6,500 but for a limited time, it was reduced to Rs. 1,995. This discounted price, however, is valid only till December 31, 2018. If you have an iPhone that’s eligible for an out-of-warranty battery replacement, we highly recommend that…

Lines for the OnePlus 6T were longer than the ones for the iPhones, says T-Mobile

People are buying what OnePlus and T-Mobile are selling – the lines for the OnePlus 6T in front of the carrier’s stores were longer than those for the new iPhones (according to a T-Mo employee quoted by Business Insider). T-Mobile stores are currently the only place in the world where you can buy a 6T, but that’s not why the carrier has the best deal on the new flagship. By trading in an eligible phone (the list is quite long and even includes the original OnePlus One) you get $300…
